Opalika™ glass is a premium glass, check the following criteria when
selecting or specifying lighting products that require opal glass: |

| • Light Performance Opalika™produces diffuse and shadow reducing |
| |
light. It spreads the light evenly creating a pleasant atmosphere and
provides excellent colour rendering properties. It has no adverse effect on
the colour of the light source. |

| • Structure Opalika™ consists of a colourless base glass which serves as |
| |
a carrier material for a thin white flashed layer. |
| |
| • Scratch resistant Has a high resistance to scratching and is therefore |
| |
impervious to surface damage. |
| |
| • Resistent to ageing Because inorganic materials are used in the |
| |
manufacture, it does not discolour when exposed to UV-radiation. |
| |
| • Non-Combustible Is completely inert from the fire protection aspect. |
| |
Rated as a Class A, non-combustible building material with DIN 4102. |
| |
| • Cleaning May be treated with any commercial, non-abrasive cleaning |
| |
agent. Even cleaning with clinical disinfectants presents no problems. |
| |
| • Glass thicknesses Standard stock 2.1-2.7mm and 2.7-3.3mm. |
